I am SO VERY EXCITED about this. I was at GameStop today and saw a promo box for Guitar Hero: Aerosmith. I flipped the box over and found a short list of expected tracks (which I will liste below). But what really caught my eye was the following “And Also Featuring” … “The Cult“.
I cannot even begin to explain how much I LOVE The Cult! And, I have been following the GH news, and have not seen this reported elsewhere as of yet.

Aerosmith Hits
- Sweet Emotion
- Dream On
- Walk This Way (Run DMC)
- Love In An Elevator
- Ragdoll
- Back In The Saddle
And Also Featuring:
- The Cult
- Joan Jett and the Blackhearts
I’m so very excited 
Now, my next question, is what song will be featured? There are so many that I think would Rock on GH. My guess would be something off the Sonic Temple album, probably “Sun King” or “Fire Woman”.
However, if it were me, I’d prefer something off the Electric album; a few songs from that album could be the next “Slow Ride” equivalent. Although, I think Love was my favorite album of all, but I’m not seeing any of those songs making a Guitar Hero songlist. Oh, and there’s that one song off of Dreamtime… I’ve gotta recall the name of it…
Personally, I could see something coming off any of the newer albums as well (The Cult, Beyond Good and Evil, Born Into This), but I’d totally be guessing as to which one; and I’d be a little dissapointed if these took precedence over their earlier (and better, IMO) work.
